This immersive retreat is an opportunity to step away from daily distractions and deepen your connection to self. Whether you are an experienced practitioner seeking refreshment or you want to deepen your practice, this retreat will supplement your call.
With daily pranayama & breathing sessions, followed by afternoon workshops on various themes, Jelena will guide you through the breath, the body, and the stillness in between.
The retreat is set on the island of Šolta, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the cities of Split and Trogir. It is an island of Ilyrian legends, ancient fish ponds, medieval poetry, rich nautical tradition, and Mediterranean culinary specialties. The beachfront modern villa where the retreat takes place is located in the bay of Nečujam. Mediterranean plants and the island’s calm pace make the surroundings feel more private.
Here, you can start your day with a swim in clear water, take walks along sunny coastal paths, and watch the sun set over the Adriatic in the evening. Also, you can find a market/grocery shop, a restaurant, and a coffee bar within a 5-minute walk.
This retreat is designed for people who want to step out of the everyday hassle and stress by recharging their battery and focusing on themselves so they can be more productive when returning to the real world. Our teacher Jelena, with 10+ years of experience, will guide you through the steps needed to complete your transformative journey. The retreat is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
Join us each morning for Ashtanga Yoga and breathing exercises. These sessions will help you build strength, endurance, and flexibility, not just for your body but also for your mind. With additional afternoon workshops, you will further explore the tools and techniques needed to deepen your yoga practice.

Yoga Theraphy – Ashtanga Primary series LED class (day 2 morning)
Your first morning will start with Yoga Therapy, also known as the Ashtanga Primary sequence, inspiring you to find your alignment and set a positive tone for the week. This 90 min intensive, yet grounding sequence, will embrace your yoga journey ahead. Our teacher Jelena will provide alternatives to challenging postures and vinyasa transitions.
The Inner world of Ashtanga- (day 2 afternoon)
In this workshop, Jelena will demonstrate how to implement the basic techniques into the practice, which sets yoga apart from being another form of fitness. You will explore the tools needed in order to move freely and mindfully in your practice. You will explore the opposing forces of upward prana and downward apana, and how to utilize them in asana.
Ashtanga Mysore class – In this style of class each individual practices the Ashtanga sequence independently according to their own level and natural pace. Mysore-style Ashtanga is ideal for truly learning and feeling the yoga within, since the focus shifts inward. In the Mysore style, adjustments and tips are given 1:1. It’s the feeling of private-class attention, but set in a group-motivating energy. For those just starting out, cheatsheets and extra assistance from the teacher will be provided
Awakening the Spine – Backbend Workshop (day 5 afternoon)
Backbends are truly energizing gems in yoga. In order to fully enjoy them, you will learn a safe and stable support from the legs and glutes while creating the space in spine, rather then just bending from the lower back.
Unlock the energy – Inversion Workshop
Getting inverted can reshape how we think and change our perspective into a more open one. This playful and energizing workshop includes exercises to build wrist stability, activate the core, and build strong arm support. The teacher will meet each student’s needs individually, based on their level, whether they are experienced or just exploring the feeling of being upside down.
