5-DAY RUSTIC YOGA RETREAT

This immersive retreat is an opportunity to step away from daily distractions and deepen your connection to self. Whether you are an experienced practitioner seeking refreshment or you want to deepen your practice, this retreat will supplement your call.

Under experienced eyes, Jelena will guide you through the breath, the body, and the stillness in between. Each morning, there will be a quiet time in the living room to create space for those who want to practice Ashtanga Mysore or meditate. Afternoon workshops on various themes will follow.

In your free time, you can hang out with like-minded people, prepare healthy meals, or choose a good book while you enjoy your coffee in the serene setting.
